Marilza for quite a number of years has effectively been the Manager of  ‘English Express’ - Real Action’s English as a Second Language (ESOL) school. 

The school operates from Monday to Friday from 8am till late in the evening at our headquarters The Learning Store. Our English Express school is licensed to use the Callan method and is very popular with people coming to live in London - especially amongst the Brazilians. 

Marilza (who loves cats) sent her CV to Real Action in Spring 2014, after being informed by word of mouth of a vacancy to help administer ‘English Express’.

"Katie Ivens interviewed me and I quickly realised her passion for education. I was impressed and thought that I really wanted to join the organisation. I’ve now been working for Real Action for the past eight years and I really enjoy it.  No day is the same and I am constantly learning new things.  This coupled with the chance to meet new people every day has made me grow as a person and has developed my existing skills".
